Our Company

Group Mokom is a well structured company that is made up of 4 main departments. This includes: The Administrative Department, The Customer Service Department, The Technical Department and The Financial Department.

The Administrative Department

The Administrative department is responsible for the general management of the company’s activities. It oversees and provides administrative support to the other departments. It is responsible for the Planning, Budgeting and the execution of the plans and Budgets. This department is in charge of the Leadership of the Human Resource and Information Management (Communications and Records) This Department is headed by the President who is the Executive Director, The Administrative Manager, The Information Manager, the Human Resource Manager and it is assisted by Support Staff.Complaints and suggestions

The Customer Service Department

The department focuses and gives more attention to our customers in order gain and retains their patronage. It is the direct point of our customers with our company. They ensure that the customers have an adequate level of service and help with their questions and concerns. They are responsible for providing information in response to inquiry about our product and services and to handle and resolve complaints

The Financial Department

It is responsible for the various accounting activities of the company, which includes keeping accounts of the company’s properties, preparing the comprehensive annual Financial Report and compilation and development of the annual Budget. Another very important task it carries out is providing day-to-day financial services to the customers and the company. In addition, they are also responsible to maintain the company’s risk, register and manage its insurance arrangement.

The Technical Department

The technical department is made qualified experts who are responsible for validating the products before they are put to the market or served to the customers
